Job Description

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our patients' medication therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement medication therapy plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Conduct medication reconciliation and ensure accurate and complete medication lists for patients.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on proper medication use and adherence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research in pharmacy practice.
Requirements:
  • PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current and unrestricted California State Pharmacy License.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a managed care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
