Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Regal Medical Group. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting our Clinical Pharmacist with daily tasks, providing personalized care to patients, and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the pharmacist in clerical activities, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct medication reconciliation and ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medication lists.
  • Support the pharmacist in health care insurance claims and non-covered medication assistance.
  • Help with scheduling, patient reminders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Document medication histories, health histories, and other patient information.
  • Work on medium to large-sized projects, utilizing multiple computer environments and complex design.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Contribute to team success and maintain confidentiality in compliance with Federal HIPAA Regulations.
Requirements
  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
  • Strong computer, verbal, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management and prioritization skills, with ability to balance high volume of work and variety of tasks.
