PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve user issues concerning computer hardware and software
- Investigate computer and software problems and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records in the service call database
- Engage in self-directed learning to improve skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate punctuality and accountability
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Must be a registered student at Bob Jones University
- Preferred: 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Strong customer service abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to train and assist users effectively
- Proactive in identifying necessary tasks
- Ability to follow directions and focus on details
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies
- Must be able to occasionally lift/carry up to 20 lbs. and/or push/pull up to 25 lbs.
