Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Lead a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, including profit and loss management, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of supervisory experience in the food service or retail industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for every guest.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
