- Communication: Collaborate with families to keep them informed about their loved ones' experiences and progress.
- Event Planning: Assist with organizing trips and outings that promote socialization and community building.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to state regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Leadership: Supervise and direct volunteers involved in activity programming, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies, goals, and objectives that align with our community's mission and values.
- Resident Engagement: Foster a sense of community by promoting resident participation and involvement in daily life.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in long-term care preferred but not necessary.
- Skills: Ability to drive 14-passenger buses, vans, or cars as needed; CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
