Senior Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team at CCMCnet. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving complex customer issues, and providing administrative support to the Account Receivable Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Receivable Team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Develop and maintain superior knowledge and understanding of Account Receivable policies and procedures to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Act as primary call escalation agent and provide support to the Account Receivable Team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Competent data entry skills and 10-key by touch
  • Ability to maintain Excel spreadsheets and utilize common computer tools and office equipment
  • Knowledge of homeowners association operations and desire to advance
