We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing professional to oversee our resident care services at Quail Park of Lynnwood. As a Resident Care Leader, you will lead a team of dedicated care professionals and ensure that our residents receive safe and effective care tailored to their individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community-based care, especially in dementia care, and prior supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings. They will excel in team member development, communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, and foster a supportive and inclusive community atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Developing and implementing service plans that honor residents' personal histories, interests, and abilities
  • Upholding compliance with all state regulations and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff
  • Providing training and guidance on dementia care practices and other nursing topics to ensure team readiness
  • Participating in marketing and networking activities to promote our community's programs

Requirements include:

  • A current state nursing license in good standing and valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • In-depth knowledge of dementia-care practices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills, current CPR/First Aid, and Food Handlers credentials
  • Meeting all health-related requirements for state licensure and passing pre-employment screenings
