We are seeking a highly skilled Club Fitting Analyst to join our team at the Acushnet Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting golf club fittings of the highest quality for players of all ability levels at our state-of-the-art testing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Industry-Leading Club Fittings: Utilize your expertise in club fitting variables, such as club head and shaft properties, to provide exceptional fitting experiences for serious golfers.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with clients through follow-up phone calls and emails, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and personal club expert.
- Contribute to Product Development: Share insights and observations on equipment performance and fitting methods to enhance our product offerings and fitting processes.
- Collaborate with R&D: Provide valuable feedback on player performance, product performance, and market trends to inform our product development and innovation strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in club fitting at an expert level.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with highly skilled players, and a thorough understanding of golfers, golf club performance, and player technique.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift sample-filled golf bags and associated equipment (30 lbs) multiple times/day and stand for extended periods (8+ hours/day) outside year-round.
