About the JobWe're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling phone calls and greeting clients with a personalized touch.
$40,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Handle clients as they exit ensuring all current and future needs are met
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
