As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute care facilities. You will be responsible for providing expert nursing care, working with residents and medical staff to develop care plans, and ensuring that residents receive appropriate treatments and medications.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert nursing care in post-acute care facilities
  • Developing and implementing care plans with residents and medical staff
  • Ensuring residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
  • Monitoring medical equipment and ensuring proper use
  • Reviewing best care options with residents and family members
  • Making sure staff remains compliant with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Overseeing the accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
  • Providing training and supervision of nurses and support staff
  • Helping staff with incident investigations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current Illinois state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
