Your Role
As our Facilities Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art facilities, including cleanrooms, environmental/mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, safety systems, and plumbing fixtures. Your exceptional leadership skills will guide the facility maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work requests and proper documentation in our CMMS system. You will also oversee the preventative maintenance program to guarantee the building exterior, interiors, and systems operate efficiently and are repaired promptly. In addition, you will identify potential safety issues and take corrective action to maintain cGMP compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, mechanical safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 6+ years of electrical installation/repair experience and 4+ years of experience with a facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset and spare part management. A licensed electrician or similar experience/licensing is required. Experience with eMaint or similar CMMS and digital spare part inventory management is essential. Knowledge of automated equipment (PLC's, robots, packaging equipment) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also desired. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary to excel in this role. Additionally, you must be able to lift, carry, and/or exert force up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently, and withstand prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to ascend and descend a ladder often is required. Finally, you should have a thorough understanding of regulations and requirements pertaining to cGMP Manufacturing Plant and 503B Outsourcing facility.
