Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and clarify project scope and objectives,
  • Anticipate resource requirements to achieve project goals and manage resources effectively,
  • Develop budgets based on project scope and resource needs,
  • Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budget constraints,
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and work plan,
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project strategy, modifications, and progress,
  • Oversee contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring clarity in task assignments and expected outcomes,
  • Implement industry best practices and standards throughout project execution,
  • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments,
  • Evaluate project performance to identify areas for enhancement,
  • Assist the Technical Lead in preparing deliverables when applicable,
  • Conduct a comprehensive review at the conclusion of projects to capture lessons learned and communicate findings to management and quality representatives, thereby contributing to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project methodologies and standards related to systems integration,
  • Relevant experience in managing projects related to manufacturing data management and automation system integration,
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in overseeing automation and/or manufacturing IT projects,
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Proficient in MS Project and other Microsoft Office applications,
  • Detail-oriented, natural leader, and self-sufficient,
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment,
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually
