We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead our project teams in creating world-class designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction process, adapting civil plans according to budget constraints, design factors, or client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead civil design project teams to create innovative and effective solutions
  • Develop and implement project schedules, scopes, budgets, and staffing plans
  • Review and approve civil vendor drawings and data
  • Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success
  • Apply expert knowledge of civil concepts, practices, codes, and procedures to complex projects
  • Compile studies and reports, and write specifications
  • Lead field inspections, installation, measurements, or calculations for public and private clients
  • Prepare and present technical reports for clients and industry publications
  • Build effective relationships with clients, customers, and contractors to drive business growth
  • Participate in sales and marketing efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program
  • 7 years of civil engineering experience, with EPC project experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of standard engineering techniques and procedures
  • Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, BIM, Civil 3D, and hydraulic, hydrologic, pavement, and civil analysis programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead execution of work and resolve issues in a team environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred
