Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Curbside Concierge to join our team at Bags, a SP+ Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our airline passengers, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in passengers and their luggage, verifying flight itineraries and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Process payments for baggage fees and provide receipts to customers.
  • Issue boarding passes and luggage claim tickets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide general information to passengers about flight schedules, destinations, and travel requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with airline staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift and move luggage up to 70 pounds, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
