We are seeking a highly skilled Physiatrist to join our Sports Medicine team at Memorial Hermann Health System. As a Physiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and initiating treatment plans, and providing direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy treatments and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based Physical Therapy program
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
- Experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation preferred
