We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary hospice team in providing high-quality, expert care to our seriously ill patients.

About the Role:

As a CNA on our team, you will provide comfort, care, support, and education to our patients and their loved ones. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient and family care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with ambulation, range of motion exercises, elimination needs, and eating
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with agency policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid, unencumbered Missouri and Kansas CNA license
  • Satisfactorily pass Hospice Aide testing as provided by agency
  • Minimum of one year experience in caring for hospice patients preferred
  • Ability to provide reliable transportation to patients' homes and facilities
  • CPR certification required
