About the Role

This associate will be responsible for all aspects of clients' cases, including:

  • Conducting initial consultations and devising strategies
  • Delegating work to case managers and legal assistants and monitoring their work
  • Assessing probate strategies and managing probate cases and hearings
  • Advising on entity formation and business contracts
  • Leading and participating in final meetings with clients
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Assisting with marketing efforts, including networking, writing articles, and conducting speaking engagements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business law
  • Active membership in the State Bar of Texas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Compassion and empathy when dealing with clients
  • A commitment to providing top-notch service and results

Burch Law PLLC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, as well as:
