Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute commissioning projects from initial engagement to project turnover.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, test scripts, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Identify and resolve complex issues and business problems.
- Facilitate team decision-making and strategic coordination of MEPF project team members and systems.
- Minimum 5 years of related life sciences industry and/or commissioning experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and progressive professional years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough knowledge of the design, construction, and commissioning processes.
- Awareness of state and local energy codes and LEED Cx requirements.
- Commissioning and/or LEED Certification a plus.
- GMP systems experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP system startup and commissioning, including HVAC, BMS and Controls.
- Competitive salary range of $105,000 - $135,000 annually for a W2 employee.
