Supervisor NP/PA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NP/PA Supervisor to join our team at Duly Health and Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Physician Assistant (PA) and/or Nurse Practitioner (NP) staff within our practice area, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical operations.

• Supervision and Administrative: Responsible for hiring, orientating, scheduling, time management, managing assignments, and training of PA/NP and other clinical staff.
• Patient Examinations and Treatment: Performs and records complete physical examinations, analyzes and interprets data, formulates presenting problems and causes, and establishes care plans for resolutions.
• Orders Diagnostic and Therapeutic Modalities: In consultation with the collaborative physician, orders laboratory, x-ray, and/or other non-invasive diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Patient and Family Education: Instructs patients and families in proper healthcare, appropriate illness prevention measures, and home care in accordance with practice protocols and patient's physical condition.

• Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• National certification as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in applicable specialty required.
• Current state licensure in good standing as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current CPR certification must be maintained (BLS).
• Minimum 3-5 years working as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with experience consummate to the specialty for which he/she is applying.
