NearU is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the best possible solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Serving as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Following up on leads in a timely manner.
* Establishing customer rapport with products and services.
* Performing load calculations.
* Forming accurate and complete sales proposals.
* Helping facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.
* Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services.
* Following up with existing sales bids and leads.
* Maintaining customer information updated in the CRM and Sales Program.
* Participating in training on the latest industry technologies.
* Attending weekly sales meeting and networking events to promote company.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

* Customer Service experience.
* Good listener.
* Highly focused, Goal driven.
* Maintain positive attitude daily.
* Reliable and self-motivated.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to learn and expand knowledge of HVAC industry products and techniques.
* High school equivalent or bachelors degree.
* All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks.
* All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid drivers license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
