We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our team at Compu Dynamics LLC. As a key member of our commercial HVAC team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in our data center facilities.

• Lay out project work and ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to meet project scope, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Supervise construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel to ensure completion within established timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
• Responsible for safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of mechanical systems and associated materials and equipment.
• Assist the sales group with estimating and proposal scope, and support site visits.
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, monitoring and appraising job results, and developing personal growth opportunities.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 15+ years of experience in the commercial industry, with 5 years in a supervisory role
• Journeyman or Master HVAC License
• Experience with data centers and OSHA 10/30 preferred
