POSITION SUMMARY
Janicki Industries, a pioneering family-owned aerospace firm, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to enhance our dynamic workforce.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is essential for overseeing and implementing comprehensive human resources policies and initiatives that promote diversity, training, compliance, and employee relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, mediation, and grievance resolution.
  • Enhance HR service efficiency by proposing innovative solutions to existing policies and programs.
  • Exemplify the company's values through ethical leadership and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Manage the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support the documentation process for employee transitions, including promotions and terminations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the HR team.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident Status is required.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000, along with a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Additional compensation may be available for off-shifts.
