Front Desk Associate Part-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate Part-Time. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and judgement-free environment at our fitness center.
About the Role:The Front Desk Associate Part-Time will be responsible for:
- Greeting members and guests, answering questions, and providing assistance with membership-related tasks.
- Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering support in their fitness journeys.
- Resolving member concerns and escalating to a manager as needed.
- Answering phones and assisting callers with their inquiries.
- Performing membership-related functions, such as sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
- Executing retail transactions and driving sales goals.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the club, including exercise equipment and communal spaces.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
