Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is a leading distributor of heavy equipment and cranes in the central United States. We are seeking a skilled Parts Delivery Driver to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient pick-up and delivery of parts and components to internal and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and secure transport of parts or components to customers' and vendors' locations
  • Verify part numbers and quantity of parts or components delivered or picked up
  • Obtain customer or customer representative's signature on documentation when required
  • Perform work in the parts warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
  • Assist in the parts warehouse with stocking and retrieving parts orders as needed
  • Safely operate and maintain company delivery truck and trailer
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Class A driver's license
  • Able to utilize a road map or electronic GPS device for locations
  • Knowledge and experience in the safe operation of vehicles pulling a trailer
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and may be exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, and noise. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights is also required.
