Job Description

The Financial Operations Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our First Citizens Bank branches. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee the operational management of one branch, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with all branch operations policy and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Transaction Management: Research and resolve transaction/cash discrepancies, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, supervise, and manage service line associates, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.
  • Customer Engagement: Facilitate customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in Financial Services, Customer Service, Bank Operations, or Branch Operations Management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
