Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, designing, and construction of residential projects from start to finish, including conceptual design, master planning, storm water management, and site observation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in civil land development.
  • Pursue professional certifications, such as EIT or PE, with the support of our company.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in residential land development using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • Commercial and mixed-use building development experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
