Job Title: Interventional Radiology Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our Interventional Radiology department.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Interventional Radiology department, including pre-procedure preparation, procedure assistance, and post-procedure recovery.
  • Collaborate with interventional radiologists, radiologic technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred.
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
  • Applicable certification required within 1 year of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Excellent IV skills and recent clinical background in Interventional Nursing required.
  • Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Progressive Care Unit experience preferred.
