Full Time
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional sales and customer service in the realm of internal parts sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in counter and phone sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain gross profit margins.
- Process parts orders in accordance with established dealership protocols.
- Manage special order parts for the service department efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues while ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
- Participate in ongoing OEM training to stay updated on parts modifications.
- Provide detailed written estimates to customers as required.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the employee is expected to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and respect towards all clients and colleagues. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, showcasing a positive attitude, and communicating effectively with both coworkers and clients are essential. The employee should work with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment, and keep it orderly. Furthermore, taking the initiative to acquire new skills and assist colleagues when necessary is highly valued.
The employee may also be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED

Primarily a warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures.

Sales personnel are expected to transport parts by carrying or utilizing a cart, forklift, or hand cart. Typical weight handled is 1 pound, with a maximum of 50 pounds. The typical distance for movement is 25 feet, with a frequency of 1 to 5 times daily and a duration of approximately 3 minutes.
