Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and adhere to established standards, timelines, and budgets while fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate engineering systems.
  • Under guidance, prepare plans that include typical sections, scopes of work, detailed designs, grading plans, profiles, erosion control strategies, traffic management plans, and pavement markings.
  • Create plans and specifications that align with existing state and municipal regulations.
  • Exhibit creativity, innovative thinking, and ownership in design processes.
  • Conduct construction observation tasks on assigned projects.
  • Maintain accurate records, construction quantities, checklists, daily logs, and documentation for construction administration in compliance with municipal standards.
  • Coordinate on-site materials testing activities.
  • Engage in both office and field work environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution or equivalent is mandatory.
  • EIT certification or the ability to secure it within one year of employment.
  • Previous engineering internship experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Bentley OpenRoads is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Must possess permanent work authorization in the US.
