Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at Peoria Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering information into our database and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
