Job Summary

We are seeking a strong, energetic, and people-focused General Manager to join our team at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Avondale. As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of department managers and staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a strong relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of automotive experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive General Manager
  • Proven track record of developing leaders and driving business results
  • Strong asset management skills and experience with inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
