Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Samba Care is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team in Morristown, New Jersey.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform mammography studies, ensuring high-quality images and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct mammography studies, positioning breasts, adjusting compression mechanisms, and instructing patients to hold their breath.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques.
  • Maintain production and quality of mammograms by following established standards and procedures.
  • Ensure operation of mammography equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
  • Keep mammography supplies and patient drapes ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and collecting and processing laundry.
