As a Project Management | Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, analysis, and design of bridge projects ranging from conventional to innovative bridge types.", "Primary Responsibilities": ["Perform structural load calculations and bridge plan / specifications development.", "Oversee geometric layout and quantity development.", "Check design calculations / construction cost estimates / plan development produced by other engineers.", "Typical bridge projects include precast concrete girder (pre-stressed and/or post-tensioned) and steel plate or steel box girder for highway, waterway, and rail projects.", "Strong technical skills in Engineering analysis and design combined with a proven background of technical leadership on these types of projects.", "Perform as a Technical Specialist or Project Manager on large projects and supervise Junior Engineers in the performance of engineering tasks.", "Manage an existing Bridge Design team with increasing managerial responsibilities as time progresses (1-3 years into the future).", "Report preparation and frequent client interaction.", "Minimum Requirements": ["BSCE required; MSCE in Structural Engineering preferred.", "Active PE registration required.", "ODOT project experience strongly preferred although not mandatory.", "8+ years of combined bridge design and PM experience required; 10+ years of combined design and PM experience strongly preferred.", "Prior Supervisory experience (team, office, etc.) preferred.", "Extensive experience in all aspects of bridge design projects.", "Experience with Bridge Inspection is preferred but not required.", "Hydraulic Analysis experience as a desired skill including HEC-RAS.", "Computer program proficiency: Microsoft Office, Structural analysis software (LARSA, SAP etc.), Structural design software (LEAP products BDS products PCA Col etc.).", "Knowledge of MicroStation is preferred.", "Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.", "Ability to work with various teams - internal and external - is required.", "Equal Employment Opportunity": "PRIME AE Group is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status.", "Remote Work": "#LI-REMOTE"]}
