Key Responsibilities

- Actively listen to customer concerns and accurately convey repair requirements to technicians.
- Utilize low-pressure, high-integrity methods to recommend additional services.
- Provide precise estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Adhere to established policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Manage and sell extended warranty options.
- Inspect the quality of repairs to ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily.
- Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for collection.
- Review and clarify repairs and associated costs with customers.
- Address minor customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Keep the Service Manager informed of any issues or potential concerns.
- Strive to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership standards.
