  • Manage high inbound call volume on a multi-line phone system
  • Utilize Excel and Microsoft Word skills to support administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and team members
  • Work a flexible schedule, including mid-day, evening, and weekend shifts

Qualifications:

  • Previous phone operator or front desk receptionist experience
  • Automotive or dealership experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
