Senior ASIC Design Engineer for Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration

Amazon Web Services is a leading provider of cloud computing services, operating data centers in the U.S., Europe, Singapore, and Japan. Our Utility Computing organization supports the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Platform, and Productivity Apps services.
We are seeking an experienced Senior ASIC Design Engineer to join our Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing hardware in our data centers, including AWS Inferentia, our custom designed machine learning inference datacenter server.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in SOC development, with proven track records of ownership and deliveries
- 3+ years of experience with power analysis and optimization
- Good programming skills, with knowledge of C, Python, or Perl
- Deep understanding of all SOC development domains, including design for power, IR drop, and LdI/dT
Estimated Salary Range: $143,300 - $247,600 per year
