About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on empathy and compassion
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
  • BONENT or CHT certification (preferred or as required by state regulation)
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting
