Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Music Production Teacher to join our team at Concorde Education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Educational Development to plan and facilitate interactive digital music production instructional sessions.
- Develop and implement music theory and technology curricula focused on various Digital Audio Workstations (Soundtrap, GarageBand, Logic, Ableton, etc).
- Provide individualized support to students in developing their digital music production skills.
- Maintain open communication with the Director of Educational Development and other stakeholders.
- Model professional behavior and academic integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Educational Development.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds, academic profiles, and skill levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, a desire to help others, discretion, and flexibility.
- Knowledge and ability to demonstrate skill in various musical areas, including history, culture, and instrument-specific instruction.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of students with varying experience levels.
- Capacity to collect and analyze data to inform future instruction.
