The Logistics Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing the shipping and fulfillment operations. This position entails receiving and processing orders from various platforms, organizing them according to the fulfillment protocol, and delegating tasks to shipping associates. The supervisor ensures precise order fulfillment and collaborates with Customer Service to address any shipping or transportation challenges while managing shipping supplies effectively.

Proactive measures are essential in identifying shipping solutions to reduce losses, delays, and customer service issues while maximizing profitability for the company. Close collaboration with the Operations Manager is necessary to maintain accurate inventory counts and levels for finished goods.

• Review order reports or packing slips.
• Assemble boxes and cartons as required.
• Retrieve products necessary for order fulfillment.
• Conduct accuracy checks as needed.
• Label boxes, cartons, envelopes, etc.
• Seal boxes, cartons, envelopes, etc.
• Load and wrap pallets.
• Lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Shipping/Receiving.
• Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing food industry environment.

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated understanding of one or two-step instructions and ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective collaboration with all team members.
