Compensation Package
This position comes with a competitive salary estimated at $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base compensation, this role also offers:
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description
The function of this position is to coordinate clinical office activities, under the direction of the physicians, and the schedules of clinical staff. This includes:
- Complying with state and regulatory agencies.
- Providing support to Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medical Assistants functioning in the Medical Assistant position in the clinical setting.
- Prioritizing incoming phone calls by assessing the caller's symptoms and advising them in basic treatment or urging them to seek care in the office or the emergency department.
- Exhibiting effective communication.
- Staying current with diseases processes, outbreaks, and any information that would be beneficial for staff.
- Completing required documentation consistent with the system used in the facility.
- Developing and training clinical staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in the state of North Carolina.
- At least two years of experience working in a physician's office.
- The ability to work independently, have strong oral skills, good basic math skills, and be computer literate.
- BLS certification maintained.
