Job Overview:

At Harbor Audiology, we are dedicated to providing exceptional hearing healthcare services to our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss.

Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients aged 5 and above
  • Utilize best practices in testing and patient care, including tympanometry, education, and communication counseling
  • Furnish earmold impressions and provide individualized care for each patient
  • Advocate for the best hearing devices for patients' needs and fit them for optimal patient care and comfort
  • Clearly document interactions in patient files, make pre and post-visit phone calls, and report to referring physicians for continuity of care
  • Participate in public outreach and education events, such as community events, lunch and learn sessions, health fairs, and senior living events
  • Maintain adherence to HIPAA guidelines and business confidentiality, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Earned Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited institution
  • Holding an active State Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
  • A self-starter, team player, positive energy, problem solver, clean, well-organized, and great interpersonal skills
