Job Title

Chess Instructor

National Enrichment Group is seeking a Chess Instructor to lead classes for elementary, junior high, and high school students. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters a love of chess in students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a rigorous chess curriculum for students
  • Facilitate chess classes that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Build and maintain a positive classroom culture
  • Communicate effectively with students and colleagues

Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience teaching chess or a related subject
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reports to the Director of Operations
