Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and test electro-mechanical components, assemblies, equipment, and machinery, including precision encoders, motors, brakes, instruments, controls, robots, and machines.
  • Identify quality and safety improvements for the production team and overall company.
  • Assist in the identification of improvements in assembly instruction, work instruction, testing, quality inspection procedures, and testing.
  • Uphold the quality policies of the company.
  • Cross-train over multiple assemblies with the expectation of mastering each and every assembly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of manufacturing experience required.
  • GDT and GMP experience preferred.
