Position Overview

Join Associates Asset Recovery as a Lot Assistant

The Lot Assistant is essential in supporting the operational workflow of our facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure the effective management of vehicle assets.

  • Post-Repossession Duties: Engage in activities related to the management of repossessed vehicles, including the preparation of vehicle redemptions and the organization of personal property inventories.
  • Vehicle Management: Oversee the arrangement of vehicle storage and facilitate the preparation of vehicles for transportation.
  • Administrative Support: Execute various office-related tasks, which may include handling communications through email, scanning documents, faxing, and managing phone inquiries.
  • Qualifications: Candidates should demonstrate integrity, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in computer operations, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Work Schedule: The position requires availability from Monday to Friday.
  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 24 years old.
  • Driving Record: A maximum of two driving infractions within the last three years is permitted.
  • Criminal Background: Candidates must not have a felony criminal history.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the upkeep of the facility's operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.
