Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:
Candidates must have:
- A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- An active optometry license in New York State.
- Board Certification.
- Preferred experience as a Medicaid provider.
- A minimum of two years of experience in optometry is preferred.
- Malpractice insurance coverage.
