Centers Dialysis Care is seeking a skilled Registered Dialysis Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in Airmont, NY. As a key member of our dialysis center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess patient status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by provider/physician staff.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and document their responses to treatment requirements.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to a culture of excellence.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

• Active NY RN License
• CPR Certification
• Clinical nursing experience in a dialysis setting is preferred

$45.00 / Hourly - $55.00 / Hourly
