Pilates Instructor Opportunity at Equinox

Join our team of passionate and dedicated Pilates instructors at Equinox in Coral Gables. As a Pilates Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and teach safe and effective Pilates programs for clients of all levels
  • Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to create personalized training plans
  • Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus
  • Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
