Child Development Therapy Lead

Overview: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at CommonSpirit Health, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality patient care in the Brazos Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new patients and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and participation in daily activities.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and re-evaluations to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Texas.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
