Key Responsibilities- New Business Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic PB initiatives and drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve global consistency and standardize processes across functions and regions.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve day-to-day issues and understand their longer-term needs to shape business decisions.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with Hub teams to facilitate efficient communication and speedy resolution of issues.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor daily KPIs against SLAs to ensure timely escalation and minimize risk.
- Client Onboarding: Onboard clients to the Prime Services platform and ensure timely completion of onboarding processes.
- Query Remediation: Own query remediation, trade life-cycling, and other day-to-day processing to ensure timely escalation and minimize risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Technology Partnership: Partner with Technology to deliver transformation and drive business growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and future-proof the Middle Office model through a strong understanding of current rules and anticipation of upcoming regulations.
- Operational Risk Management: Adhere to Ops Risk Framework standards of implementation and process management.
- Procedure Review: Continuously review procedures and booking models to ensure alignment with business objectives.
We are looking for a highly experienced Associate Director with a strong background in Prime Services and Middle Office. You will have a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives and driving business growth. Your expertise in process improvement, client communication, and relationship building will be essential in this role.

- Change Management: Proven ability to manage change and drive business growth.
- Operational Functions: Strong understanding of operational functions and processes.
