Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager III to join our team at ANR Group Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical input and advice on medium to large information technology projects.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of nuclear plant experience, with at least 5 years in a core nuclear department.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with project management software, including Asset Suite and MS Office programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, and database management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with report writing and trending, with the ability to present data effectively to senior executives and management.
